We are looking for an energetic Tele‑Caller to join our voice process team in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. This full‑time role is ideal for candidates who enjoy talking to people and are comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls in a target‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services as per script
- Handle basic inbound queries and transfer calls to the right department when required
- Maintain call logs, note customer feedback, and update the CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, talk‑time, and conversions
- Follow quality, compliance, and privacy guidelines on every call
Who Can Apply Tele‑Calling jobs in Satna?
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of tele‑calling/BPO experience
- 12th pass or graduates in any discipline
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is required
- Positive attitude, confidence on phone, and ability to handle rejection
